The first seven years of my writing career, the dressing table in my bathroom served as my desk. I used a prized family heirloom, a portable typewriter that required manual rewinding when the ribbon reached the end of the spool. I hope the blogs share some of my journey as I moved from stories about practicing parenthood to discovering and writing about people in Texas’ past who faced dangers, met challenges, reshaped lives, and made a difference in the world. Goodness, that still sounds a lot like parenting.
I’ll be watching for this. Good for you, Sista.
